GW undergraduate and graduate students are invited to join Ricardo Salvador for a lunch dialogue hosted by the GW Sustainability Collaborative and the GW Food Institute on Monday, April 24 at noon.
As the senior scientist and director of the Food and Environment Program at the Union of Concerned Scientists, Ricardo Salvador works with citizens, scientists, economists, and politicians to transition our current food system into one that grows healthy foods while employing sustainable and socially equitable practices. His full bio is here. This is an open dialogue, and students are encouraged to bring their questions about food, agriculture, food policy, and careers in food and environment.
Email Ariel Kagan, Senior Program Associate, with questions.
