As part of the undergraduate course SUST 2003: the Sustainable Plate, Chef Michel Nischan will joined by Chef Cathal Armstrong, Chef Mary Sue Milliken, and Professor Kathleen Merrigan for a lively discussion about the role of chefs in shaping food policy.
